Data Protection

In the age of “datafication”, i.e. the incessant production of content and data, which, transformed into information, gives rise to a market of value, it is of fundamental importance to defend and protect that value, through dynamic processes of “Data Protection”, i.e. the set of procedures and provisions aimed at the protection of personal data, which contemplates a transparent use of the same in a correct and very complicated balance between the protection of the right to privacy of individuals and the use of the same data by industries.
